One cycle covers the complete quality loop: prompt enhancement plus output evaluation. Enhancement alone = 0.5 cycles. Regenerating the enhanced prompt = 0.5 cycles. Skipped evaluations (image or code generation) = 0 cycles deducted.
No. Cycles reset on your billing date each month. If you consistently have leftover cycles, you may be on a larger plan than you need. If you consistently run out, a top-up or Teams plan may suit you better.
Yes. Manage everything, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation, from the Prompito popup under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your cycles and features until then.
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund on new Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions. Email support@prompito.com within 7 days of your payment with your order details. We'd rather you try the 5 free cycles first so there are no surprises.
Every team member gets their own individual pool of 300 cycles per month. Cycles are not shared. One heavy user can never drain the budget for others. The account owner manages seats and billing from the extension popup.
Payments are processed by Lemonsqueezy, our Merchant of Record. They accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are in US Dollars. Receipts are emailed by Lemonsqueezy after every charge.
